Since 1999, Jewelers for Children has donated more than $51 million to help children who are the victim of catastrophic illness or life-threatening abuse and neglect.
Jewelers for Children was founded in 1999 by the U.S. jewelry industry with the mission of helping children in need. Since its inception, JFC has donated more than $ 51 million to programs benefiting children whose lives have been affected by illness, abuse, or neglect through our charity partners St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, Make-A-Wish® America, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the National CASA Association. JFC also provides support to the Make-A-Wish® International and the Santa-America Fund. This nationwide success is due to the continuing generosity of jewelry trade organizations, jewelry and watch manufacturing companies, jewelry retail stores, individual jewelry professionals, and jewelry consumers.
We are vested in our community. And we believe that local business has a unique opportunity and responsibility to share its good fortune with friends and neighbors.
That’s why a big part of our mission is giving back. For us, that means being an involved, proactive and supportive force for good in our Northwest Ohio home. We strive to always be a caring corporate citizen. To that end we have, since our founding, supported and partnered with a wide array of groups that share our commitment to community. Just a small sampling of those includes:
Victory Center • Toledo Opera • Sal’s Pals • Toledo Children’s Hospital Foundation Sylvania Rotary • Taste of the Nation • Junior League • Ronald McDonald House Temple Shomer Emunin • The Honor Foundation • The National Guard
